Membership Rating

Join Chuyu membership to have the right of general member.

Settlement will be performed on December 15^th every year, and member grading adjustments will be made according to the effective consumption amount and times of consumption before the settlement date, and will be effective on January 1^st of the following year.

• General member：new member registration.
• Platinum member：valid amount NT3600 and valid purchase for 3 or more times.
• Diamond member：valid amount NT8000 and valid purchase for 5 or more times.

 

Statistical Period

• Statistical Period: December 1^st of the previous year ~ November 30^th of the current year.
• Settlement Date: December 15^th of each year.
• Grading Effective Date: January 1^st of the following year.

Description

• After joining the membership, if there is no valid transaction record during the statistical period, you can still enjoy the rights and interests of ordinary membership.
• Effective Consumption Amount: the actual amount being paid in the statistical period and before the settlement date (excluding shopping cash, bonus cash, coupon).
• Effective Consumption Times: the completed orders number in the statistical period and before the settlement date (excluding cancelation, return, in-process, orders).

Membership Bonus Rewards

• Join Membership：apply for Chuyu membership and get 100 bonus points.
• First Shopping：the initiate member completes the first shopping within 30 days. Pickup compelted afer 8 days and 50 bonus points will add to your account. 
• Birthday Gift：Login on any day of the month of your birthday to get bonus points to your account, and enjoy different points according to different grading (not applicable for joining in the current month).
• Wednesday Member Day：There is no limit to the amount of consumption, bonuses are doubled, and different grading’s members enjoy different times of bonus.
• Purchasing Bonus：Consumption Bonus: bonus points can be accumulated for each order amount, and there are different points discounts according to different grading.

 

Description for Bonus Points

• Points Accumulation: points are calculated based on the total amount actually paid for each order according to the current membership grade of the transaction.
• Discount: 1 point = NT$ 1, the maximum discount limit can be up to 10% of the total amount of the order.
• Expiration Date: There is no expiration date to bonus points, each dollar you pay can be substantially rewarded.
• Usage: can be used on the official online store.
• The discount of the event and the discount of membership's grading bonus cannot be accumulated, and the discount of the event shall prevail.
• In order to provide members with better services, the membership grading is updated on January 1st of each year, and the validity is maintained for one year. All changes are subject to the "Membership" area and adjusted based on members' valid transaction records within one year. The higher the membership grade, the more benefits and rewards!
• Chuyu retains the rights to modify all kinds of rights and interests of the membership system. If there is any change or cancellation to the rights and interests, it will be announced on the Chu Yu Culture’s official online store. We recommend you to notice the modification or change anytime. If you continue to use the service after any modification or change, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to accept such modification or change.
