Your registered account will always be available.

Step 2. Shopping/ Browse

Browse products and add your picked products to shopping cart.

Get free home delivery for every NT$490 purchase in Taiwan. Under NT$490 purchase, the single delivery fee is NT$100 in Taiwan.
Get free home delivery and cash on delivery for every NT$1200 purchase in Taiwan.

Step 3. Check Out

After selecting products, you can proceed to checkout.

Step 4. Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in all countries:

1. Credit card (Pay in full)：VISA, MasterCard, NCCC, UnionPay and JCB.
2. PayPal

​The following payment methods are only available in Taiwan:

1. Convenience store barcode (Payment received within 3~5 days)：print the barcode bill and go to nearby convenience stores to pay. Payment deadline is 3 days. Cooperated convenience stores includes Family Mart, Hi-Life and OK mart.
2. Convenience store code：16 digits of payment code for general use at 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Hi-Life and OK mart. Go to nearby convenience stores and operate 7-11 ibon, FamiPort, Life-ET and OK．go for printing your bill to pay. Payment deadline is 3 days.
3. ATM ( Banking charge)：pay by Online banking and ATM transfer. Payment deadline is 3 days.
4. Cash on delivery for every NT$1200 purchase in Taiwan.

Step 5. Final Confirmation

Please confirm your selecting items and payment.
After it has been confirmed correctly, you can press the button "Next step " to send your order. And the order can't be modified. Once you' ve completed your purchase, we' ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.

 

Oversea Shipping Information

Delivery by postal service. (Chunghwa Post)
Delivery country：Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japen, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States. 

Shipping cost: the delivery fee varies depending on the weight of the order, which includes wrapping and packaging.

China and Hong Kong Delivery

Delivery by postal service. (Chunghwa Post)
Delivery fee：based on shipping location and parcel weight. ( Depending on the standard of postage rates in post office.)
You also can send delivery address and product list by e-mail to us, and Customer servic will calculate total amount including delivery fee for you and send you ordering link for purchasing. E-mall: service@chuyu-culture.com

Chuyu My STORE In-Store Pickup Service

If you purchase on our online shop, you can pick products up at Chuyu branch stores in Taiwan and get free delivery.

When your products arrives at our branch store, our staff will contact with you by phone.

Other online shopping platforms and Chuyu Taobao also provide Chuyu My STORE in-store pickup service.

※ When you fill in delivery address, please select the option " In-Store Pickup/到店取貨". After payment compelted, the order will be established.

 

Taiwan Home Delivery Service

Delivey company：SF Express, KERRY TJ and HCT.
Delivey range：The main island of Taiwan.
Delivey fee：get free home delivery for every NT$490 purchase in Taiwan. Under NT$490 purchase, the single delivery fee is NT$100 in Taiwan.

※Get free home delivery and cash on delivery for every NT$1200 purchase in Taiwan.

Family Mart In-Store Pickup Service (Taiwan Area Only)

If you can't provide the delivery address, we have Family Mart In-Store Pickup Service.
Reminder：if you use the service and don't pick up, we might need to take legal action for compensating our loss.
※ First you need to complete payment, and note the store number in your order.
After Customer service confirms your oder, we will send your products to Family Mart immediately.

Notice：the service is unavailable to the offshore islands of Taiwan and other countries.
※ Please notice the limitation of dimension and weight. If products exceed below limits, we can't use this service.
Dimension limit：the sum of length, width and height doesn't exceed 105cm. Single length is less than 45cm.
Weight limit：less than 5kg.

The Offshore Islands of Taiwan Delivery (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu )

Delivery by postal service.
Delivery fee：NT 100. ( Depending on the standard of postage rates in post office.）

Please follow the steps and it will help you save delivery fee NT 100 in Taiwan.
    Step 1. Select products in online shop.
    Step 2. Note down item numbers, product names, quantity and colors you need.
    Step 3. Go to nearby cooperated bookstores placing an order. The bookstore may charge a down payment for the order.
    Step 4. It may take 3-5 days to arrive. When you receive advice, you can go to the bookstore to pick up your order.
