Return Policy

Seven-Day Hesitation Period

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers of distance sales or door-to-door sales may return the goods or rescind the contract in writing within 7 days upon receipt of goods or services.
In order to protect the consumer’s rights, consumers to the Chuyu Culture’s official online store enjoy the right of 7 days hesitation period from the date of the arrival of product, but the returned goods must be in a new and unused state and the packaging shall be complete (keep the integrity of the goods, attachment, package, paper boxes of firms and all attached documents or data), and please attach the original invoice, and the product itself must not be contaminated, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

※ Overseas customer must be responsible for the shipping cost.

※ Notice: There is no seven-day hesitation period for the products purchased and picked up in Chuyu branch stores.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products that have arrived more than seven days cannot be returned.
  • Once the product is unpacked or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged except for the defective or damage of product itself.
  • The returned goods must be in a new state and the packaging shall be complete (keep the integrity of the goods, attachment, package, paper boxes of firms and all attached documents or data), and the product itself must not be contaminated, otherwise the return will not be accepted or the return amount will be discounted based on the demised degree.
  • If the returned defect product is found not defective after inspected and tested, the consumer must pay all relevant costs (including return shipping fee and related fees).

※ Please note, the hesitation period is not trying out period. If after receiving and examining the product, the customer finds anything unsatisfied, please do not open and use the product, the customer shall immediately apply for return according to the return policy. If any of the aforementioned circumstances, Chuyu Culture reserves the right to reject the return.

Return Process

SETP 1

1、Click [Return Service] at the bottom of the official website homepage.

2、Fill in the return data and reason, select [Product Return and Change] in questioned item.

SETP 2

1、Customer service will actively contact you after completing the review.

2、Please keep the packaging of the returned good in shape and attach the original invoice. We will arrange the shipping company to contact you and pick up in 3 working days.

※ Overseas customer must be responsible for the shipping cost.

SETP 3

After confirming the returned product, you will receive the refund.

  • It takes about 10 working days to apply for and complete a refund (excluding weekends and national holidays).
  • Credit Card Order: the refund will be returned to the original credit card account, and a liability will be generated in the bill, but due to different checkout days of each bank and individual, the refund may not be generated in the same month's bill.
  • Convenience Store Code, ATM transfer, Cash on Delivery Order: Refunds will always be made by transfer. For applying refunds, please provide the refund bank and branch, refund account number, and account name. If return or change of product is occurred choosing these kinds of payment method, you need to provide any of the following bank accounts for the Company to make a refund: post office, Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Chang Hwa Bank, Hua Nan Bank, First Bank, Taiwan Business Bank, Land Bank of Taiwan, King's Town Bank, Taichung Bank, Yuanta Bank. If you provide a bank account other than the above, the Company will deduct a bank fee of NT$ 30 for the refund!

※ If the returned goods are incomplete or the parts are missing and cause the shipping company needs to be sent to the customer's designated location to receive the goods once again, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

※ If the product itself is defective or damaged, please take a photo and mail it to the customer service mailbox. 

Store Return (Taiwan Area Only)

The goods picked up in the stores are deemed to be purchased on the spot, and are not applicable to the seven-day hesitation period service.

  • If within 7 days after picking up the goods, the product is confirmed as defective or damaged by the store personnel, it can be returned.
  • The returned goods’ packaging shall be complete (keep the integrity of the goods, attachment, package, paper boxes of firms and all attached documents or data), please attach the original invoice, and the product itself must not be contaminated.
  • If you wish to return the goods picked up at the store, you must apply at the original store.

If after confirming with customer service, the returned good needs to be mailed by yourself, the information is as follows:

Change of the Product Process

SETP 1

1、Fill in the product changing information, select [Product Return and Change] in questioned item.

2、Fill in the changing data and reason, select [Product Return and Change] in questioned item.

SETP 2

1、Customer service will actively contact you after completing the review.

2、Mail the product you wish to change, difference amount and the detail of the product you wish to change (code, color, number) to the following information, after we receive and confirm the changed product and difference amount, we will send the changed product to the customer.

Change Product at Store (Taiwan Area Only)

The goods picked up in the stores are deemed to be purchased on the spot, and are not applicable to the seven-day hesitation period service.

  • After inspection and confirmation by the store personnel that the product is correct, then it can be changed.
  • Within 7days after picking up the product, you can choose products of equivalent value or product over the amount at the store.
  • If the goods picked up in the stores are found to be defective and need to be returned, they must be applied at the original store.
